Jalan Besar Sports Fest 31 July 2010
Jalan Besar Sports Fest was organized, in celebration of Singapore, 2010 Youth Olympic Games.
Alot of fringe activities were organized, from Archery, sports related games booth, screening of Table Tennis Finals, showcase of Lila Drums, Dohl Drumming workshop, community drumming, showcase of violin and brasswind, wine appreciation workshop, food stalls, balloon sculpturing, face painting, a temporary go-karting circuit was also set up to allow the residents and public to sample go-karting……
Not to be missed, there was a booth set up by Drakar Racing Team to showcase members of the team achievements and to introduce go-karting to the public.

Dr Lee Boon Yang, a Member of Parliament for for Jalan Besar GRC was the Guest-of-honour.
